Refund and Returns Policy
- Products purchased from SK Gadgets come with a warranty.
- There is a return policy if there is any damage in the product when you receive the items you order, for which you need a video record of opening the box.
- If you confirm that the item is damaged when it arrives, you can get a money refund or other item. (Unboxing video required)
- 12 months warranty for certain products and 6 months warranty for some products.
- Please contact SK Gadgets if any defects are confirmed in the product during the specified warranty periods.
- If any defects in the product are confirmed during the specified warranty periods you can get a new replacement of the product. It must have a box and bill copy of the product.
- We do not accept returns if the item is damaged or dropped in water.
- We assure you that there will be no money return or replacement for any reason other than the above mentioned reasons.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
